James Hardie™ ExoTec™ 124x35mm 0.75mm BMT Top Hat

James Hardie™ ExoTec™ Top Hat is a rolled steel section designed to provide sheet support and allow controlled movement within external cladding systems. It is used as part of the James Hardie™ ExoTec™ Facade Panel and Fixing System to support panels at regular fixing centres while assisting with panel alignment and movement isolation.

Manufactured from 0.75mm BMT steel, the top hat section is straight, lightweight and quick to install, making it suitable for commercial and high-rise façade applications where consistent support behind cladding sheets is required. The section is intended for use only within tested James Hardie™ cladding systems and must be installed in accordance with manufacturer installation guides.
