Returns Policy

At Bell Plaster, we’re committed to supplying quality building materials and making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change of mind returns for most online purchases within 30 days of delivery or purchase, so you can shop with confidence. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or tax invoice).
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept change of mind returns for custom-cut products, special-order items, or goods that have been installed or modified.
  • For bulky items (e.g., plasterboards), contact us to arrange return logistics, as additional freight costs may apply.
  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • A photo of the product and packaging.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and reporting any visible damage within 48 hours for prompt resolution.

Depending on the issue, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement,
  • A full refund,
  • A repair, or
  • A partial refund (where applicable).

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details or photos.

We’ll review your request and provide clear instructions for next steps. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • For change of mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
