Delivery pricing is generally based on distance from our warehouse at 125 Sussex Street, Pascoe Vale VIC 3044. Final checkout pricing may vary by delivery method, product type and site requirements.

Same day delivery is available for selected in stock items within the Melbourne metro area, generally within an 80km radius of our Pascoe Vale warehouse.

Standard delivery pricing applies to suitable ground level access only. Additional charges may apply where extra labour, time, equipment or handling is required.

Orders are usually processed the same business day. For most in stock items, delivery is generally completed within 2 business days, subject to stock, order volume, location and site conditions.

Specialist handling
Crane delivery and site inspection.
Where unloading requires a crane or other specialist handling, standard delivery pricing does not apply. Crane deliveries and site inspections must be arranged separately and may require advance review of site conditions, access requirements and unloading space.

Do you deliver outside Victoria?
No. Delivery is currently available within Victoria only.
Can I get same day delivery?
Same day delivery may be available for selected in stock items within Melbourne metro, generally within an 80km radius of Pascoe Vale, subject to truck capacity and scheduling.
What time do I need to order for same day delivery?
Same day delivery usually requires the order to be placed before 10am on a business day, with stock available and a suitable delivery route.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are usually processed the same business day. For most in stock items, delivery is generally completed within 2 business days, subject to stock, order volume, location and site access.
Can I order bulky materials online for delivery?
Yes, but bulky items may need a specific delivery method. For large plasterboard, timber, Hebel or cladding orders, call first if timing or access is important.
Will I be charged extra for difficult access?
Yes, additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, upper levels, narrow passages, restricted access, difficult unloading or carrying materials more than 20 metres.
How do I organise crane delivery?
Crane delivery and site inspection need to be arranged separately. Contact the team before placing your order.
