Bell Plaster proudly offers reliable and fast delivery services across Victoria, using our own fleet of trucks to ensure careful handling and timely arrivals of your building supplies.
Delivery Zones & Charges
Our warehouse is located at 125 Sussex Street, Pascoe Vale, VIC 3044. Delivery fees are based on the distance from this location:
- Within 40km: Delivery fees from $95
- Between 40km and 80km: Delivery fees from $110
- Beyond 80km: Delivery charges require a custom quote. Please contact us for a quote before completing your purchase.
At this time, we only deliver within the state of Victoria. We do not offer delivery services interstate or internationally.

If you have any specific delivery requirements, requests or preferred delivery times, please leave a note in the cart before clicking checkout. This helps us accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed the same business day.
For most in-stock items, you can expect delivery within 2 business days. Any delays or changes will be communicated promptly.
Our driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arriving to help you prepare for the delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If no one is available, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery or storage.
Same-Day Delivery
We provide same-day delivery service for all in-stock orders within the VIC Metro area, specifically within a 80 km radius of our Pascoe Vale warehouse. Place your order before 12pm to qualify for same-day delivery.
Note: While we do our best to keep stock levels up to date, availability may occasionally change before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or revised delivery timing.
Crane Delivery & Site Inspection
If your delivery requires the use of a crane for unloading, please note that a site inspection is mandatory to assess the logistics and costs involved. Crane deliveries are not automatically included in the standard delivery fees and must be arranged and quoted separately.
