How It Works

Choose the 'Pickup in store' option at checkout. - We’ll prepare your order
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 1–2 hours. If it's an urgent order, please call us on (03) 9388 1669 and we'll do our best to get it ready as soon as possible. - Get notified when your order is ready
We’ll send you an email with pickup details. - Collect from our warehouse
Visit us at 125 Sussex Street, Pascoe Vale, VIC 3044 during business hours.
Pickup Hours
Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: Closed
What to Bring
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo identification for smooth pickup. Valid photo IDs include a driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card.
