Returns, refunds and damaged goods.

Bell Plaster handles return requests clearly and fairly. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and covers change of mind returns, faulty goods, damaged deliveries and incorrect items.

30 day change of mind Most online purchases can be returned within 30 days if unused, packaged and resaleable.
Proof required Have your receipt, order confirmation, tax invoice or order number ready.
Damaged or incorrect? Contact us quickly with photos, order details and a clear description of the issue.
Bulky goods need approval Plasterboard and other bulky materials need return logistics confirmed before moving anything.

Use this as a quick guide before sending a return request. Final approval depends on the item, condition, proof of purchase and reason for return.

Usually accepted Unused resaleable items Change of mind returns may be accepted when the item is unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

Customer cost Change of mind freight For non faulty change of mind returns, return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility and a 20 percent restocking fee may apply.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact Bell Plaster as soon as possible.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and reporting visible damage within 48 hours for faster resolution.

Photograph the issue Take clear photos of the product, packaging and any visible damage before moving or disposing of anything.
Send order details Include your order number, receipt, tax invoice or confirmation email so the purchase can be checked.
Describe the problem Tell us whether the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, missing or unsuitable.
Change of mind exclusions

Some products cannot come back for change of mind.

Custom cut products Products cut or altered specifically for an order cannot be returned for change of mind.
Special order items Special order goods may not be accepted back unless faulty or otherwise covered by law.
Installed or modified goods Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified or are no longer resaleable cannot be returned for change of mind.
Bulky building materials Large products such as plasterboard may require approved return logistics and additional freight costs.
