Depending on the issue, Bell Plaster may offer a replacement, full refund, repair or partial refund where appropriate.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, most online purchases can be returned within 30 days if they are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
A 20 percent restocking fee may apply for non faulty change of mind returns.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Can I return plasterboard or bulky materials?
Contact us first. Bulky materials may require approved return logistics and additional freight costs may apply.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging, a description of the issue and your order number or proof of purchase.
