Description
70x35mm Treated Pine MGP10 H3 LOSP is a structural Radiata Pine timber commonly used for above-ground external construction where termite protection and dimensional stability are required.
The timber is mechanically graded to MGP10, providing consistent strength and stiffness for framing and general structural applications. It is pressure treated using a light organic solvent preservative (LOSP) to H3 hazard class, offering protection against termites, decay and borers in external environments where periodic wetting may occur.
Each length is kiln dried to reduce moisture content and minimise movement, then dressed all round for clean handling and efficient fixing on site. The smooth finish is suitable for painting or staining once installed.
