Description
190x45mm Treated Pine MGP10 H3 LOSP is a structural Radiata Pine timber designed for above-ground external construction where strength, durability and termite protection are required.
The timber is mechanically graded to MGP10, delivering consistent structural performance for framing and general construction. It is pressure treated using a light organic solvent preservative (LOSP) to H3 hazard class, providing protection against termites, decay and borers in external applications where periodic wetting may occur.
Each length is kiln dried to improve dimensional stability and reduce movement, then dressed all round for clean handling, fixing and finishing on site. The smooth surface is suitable for painting or staining once installed.
